Publication at IEEE Transaction EMC
All authors attended this conference will be invited to submit extended paper for possible publication in a Special Session of IEEE Trans on EMC. In addition, all eligible papers will be submitted for online publication at the IEEE Xplore Digital library.(EI检索)
Student Paper Prize
Papers considered for the Student Paper Prize are expected to be predominantly the work
of the student. Paper co-authored by a student and his advisor are eligible, provided the student is the principle author and also the presenter. Please indicate in your electronic submission if you want to be considered for the Student Paper Prize.
Notifications of paper acceptances and the necessary information to electronically submit
the final version of the paper will be sent to the authors. Final papers shall be three pages in length, including figures, tables and references.
The Technical Exhibition has always been a major highlight of Electromagnetic
Compatibility (EMC) Compo 2019. The exhibition offers an excellent opportunity for all segment of the EMC and Microwave Community to meet, providing an international gathering for everyone involved in technologies associated with RF, Microwave, EMC, Instrumentation and analysis software, etc.
Those who wish to present their scientific work at EMC COMPO2019 should submit electronically in two-column and either one-page format for abstract submission (in proceedings only, Oral/Poster) or full-length (3-page) format for paper (for IEEE Xplore Publication, Oral/Poster) submission through the on-line Paper Submission System at the symposium website. The paper must be written in English and follow the two-column A4 format of an IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings.
There are two types of scientific sessions for EMC COMPO2019; "Regular Sessions" and "Organized Sessions". The Regular Sessions will consist of contributed papers only, while the Organized Sessions will be arranged by the Session Organizers.
When submitting a paper, the author will be asked to select "2" session topics that would best match the contents of his/her paper for review. There are "17" session topics for the Regular Sessions, and more topics will be added for the Organized Sessions after the end of February, 2019. Submission for contributed papers will start on May 12, 2019, with the deadline on July 12, 2019.July 30, 2019.
All the contributed papers will be fully reviewed by specialists in the EMC field, and the review results will be notified to the authors on August 16, 2019. The authors of accepted papers must register for EMC COMPO2019 and submit the final camera-ready versions of their papers no later than September 05, 2019.
Authors have the options for 3-page paper or one-page abstract submission
Authors can submit a 3-page paper, including title, author's affiliation, abstract, figures and references. The presented papers will be including in the IEEE Xplore with EI indexing.
Authors can choose to submit one-page abstract including title, author's affiliation, key finding with max.2 figures and 2-3 references. One-page abstract will be published in the conference proceedings, but Not in the IEEE Xplore.
The submission must be in electronic format (PDF). Word templates are available on the symposium website (www.emcconf.org). No hardcopies will be accepted.
