Call for Special Session/Workshop&Tutorials
The Symposium Technical Program Committee is seeking proposals for Special Sessions to be presented at The 13th Global Symposium on Millimeter-Waves (GSMM 2020). The proposals may cover any current or emerging areas of EMC, SIPI and related technologies.
Prospective organizers of a Special Session and workshops & tutorials should send their proposals via email to Special Session Chairs: Wenchao Chen (Email: Wenchaochen@zju.edu.cn). Submissions must be in Word or PDF format following the proposal template that can be found at the symposium website (www.emcconf.org).
Special Session/ workshops & tutorials Proposal Schedule
  • Proposals for Special Sessions: 12 July, 2019
  • Notification of acceptance: 20 July, 2019
Special Session Paper Schedule
  • Special Session Paper must be submitted by 30 July. 2019
  • Final Paper due: 5 Sept. 2019
Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated for:
  • Relevance
  • Importance of topic
  • Novelty and originality
  • Technical depth
  • Readability and clarity of proposal
  • Expected attendance
Special Sessions with only one speaker will not be accepted. Late proposals and papers will not be accepted.
workshops & tutorials Proposal with only one speaker are discouraged.
